It is much different in spirit than the tools you mention but you may want
to have a look at GreenPepper (www.greenpeppersoftware.com).

I recently configured Jira to store test cases and test results inside Jira itself. It work pretty well. I'll try and dig out my notes, but basically you need the Enterprise version, then you define a new issue type TestCase and a new issue subtype TestResult. TestCases are defined with the steps for the test, and test results are updated per release. You can create a new workflow for each issue type to track whether a test passed for failed in each release.

The really nice thing is being able to link test cases and results to the issues that are related to them.

Hi Powerlan

Based on the need identified in this forum, we at Inflectra Corporation have just added a connector from our affordable (starting at $299.99) test management system - SpiraTest - to JIRA.

SpiraTest is a Test Management system that provides integrated Requirements, Test Case and Defect Management. With the connector activated, any defects logged during a test execution get routed to JIRA using the SOAP API. Any changes to these issues in JIRA then get synchronized back into SpiraTest using our SOAP API.

To learn more about this, please visit http://www.inflectra.com/SpiraTest

ApTest Manager can indeed integrate with JIRA (as well as Bugzilla, Mantis, etc). See http://www.aptest.com/atm2

I use TestLog from www.testlog.com integration is fairly limited, you can add & view jira issues when executing test plans, Jira issue keys are stored in the test case records of testLog.

Qualify - from SQA Design is a powerful test case mangement solution that now integrates with JIRA. I think you'll find this tool easy to setup, intuitive to use, & powerful in it's feature set. It provides the ability to link test items (test cases, scenarios, and test plans) to issues in JIRA. You can also submit defects directly from Qualify.
